BBC Panorama’s episode ‘Menopause Industry Uncovered’ was a disappointing watch.

Focused heavily on The Newson Clinic, the message was one of fear and the content very heavily biased with gaping holes in the information it presented.

Messages based on fear, and absent of full facts, are disempowering to women and run the risk of women’s healthcare in the UK taking a backward step, just as it did in the early 2000’s.
